Adoption of Fy 2010 Fee Schedule for Deschutes County 911 County Service District. No changes
were made to the District's fee schedule from last fiscal year.

As budgeted in the FY 2010 Budget.

Fees and Charges for Services and
Providing an Effective Date.

RESOLUTION NO. 2009 -100
WHEREAS, the Deschutes County 9 -1 -1 County Service District charges fees for services 1.nd
permits; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to adopt and amend the fee schedules of the Deschutes County
9 -1 -1 County Service District annually each July 1 in accordance with Chapter 4.12 of the Deschutes
County Code, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the Deschutes County 9 -1 -1 County Service District has proposed fees and
charges for services and permits; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on June 10, 2009 on
the proposed fees and charges for services and permits and finds that the fees and charges for sery ices
and permits as set forth in Exhibit "A" reflect the actual cost of providing services and permits; now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHU FES
COUNTY, OREGON, ACTING AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE DESCHUTES COUNTY
9 -1 -1 COUNTY SERVICE DISTRICT, as follows:
Section 1. That the fees and charges for services and permits set forth in Exhibit "A," attadied
hereto and, by this reference, incorporated herein, are hereby adopted as the fees and charges o the
Deschutes County 9 -1 -1 County Service District, Deschutes County, Oregon.
Section 2. The fees and charges for services and permits adopted in Section 1 of this
Resolution are effective July 1, 2009.
Section 3. All fees and charges for services and permits in effect prior to July 1, 200{ , are
hereby continued or superseded as provided herein.
