PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2009 -113 transferring appropriation within the Acute Care Services Fund. Additional resources have been identified and are available to transfer to Fund 275, Deschutes County Mental Health. These resources were not anticipated at the time of the FY 2010 budget. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Contingency to Transfers Out in the amount of $107,493 is required. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2009 -113. WHEREAS it is necessary to transfer appropriations within the Deschutes County Budget :o accommodate the request; now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTIS COUNTY, OREGON, as follows: Section 1.
