PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? No BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: The purpose of this deed is to correct an error discovered by the cartography group. Deschutes County took title to real property (Portions of Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, Bitterbrush Subdivision) by Warranty Deed in 1970. It appears that the property was purchased for road purposes but never dedicated as such. The planning and road departments agree that the parcel should be dedicated to the public fo • road and utility purposes. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: None RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Staff recommends signature of Document 2009 -545.
