NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2009 -115, transfer of appropriation in the Deschutes County Public Health Fund, to reduce the Personnel Category by $212,347 (2.70 FTE). Consisting of one Public Health Nurse II, one Public Health Nurse III and one Senior Administrative Secretary position. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Personnel to Contingency for $212,347 is required. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2009 -115.
