PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: By Resolution No. 2009 -008, the Board of County Commissioners declared its intention to exchant e land with the Bend Metro Park & Recreation District that would allow BMPRD to realign the public trail commonly known as the Haul Road Trail. A public hearing was held and deeds were exchanged. After the conveyances, BMPRD applied for and received approval for a property line adjustment to reconfigure the land. One of the conditions for final approval is that the landowners dedicate right- )f- way for Bachelor View Drive. BMPRD supplied a legal description and drawing of the area to be dedicated and requests that the Board execute a deed of dedication. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: None RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Staff recommends that the Board sign the deed of dedication.
