PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2009 -124 transferring appropriations within the Behavioral Health Fund. The Behavioral Health Department will increase Personnel by hiring a Mental Health Specialist I (1 00 FTE). This position will be responsible for providing case management to families with children who have developmental disabilities. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Contingency to Personnel in the amount of $59,491 is required. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2009 -124.
