PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2009 -125 transferring appropriations within the Behavioral Health Fu rid. The Behavioral Health Department will increase one of the .50 FTE Mental Health Specialist II positions at the Kids Center to a 1.00 FTE. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Contingency to Personnel in the amount of $34,226 is required. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2009 -125.
