PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2009 -127 transferring appropriations within the Behavioral Health Fuad. The Behavioral Health Department has the need to increase a .50 FTE Mental Health Specialist II tc a .75 FTE. This position is responsible for Early Assessment & Support Alliance (EASA), which is instrumental in identifying early psychotic breaks in children. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Contingency to Personnel in the amount of $17,119 is required. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2009 -127. Per approval from Dave Kanner on September 25, 2009, he has given us permission to permanently increase our MHS II, position #49, by an additional .25 FTE for a total of .75 FTE for Darcy Gilbert - Bridwell.
