PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2009 -128 transferring appropriations within the Behavioral Health Fund. The Behavioral Health Department will increase a .50 FTE Medical Records Technician at the mair clinic to a 1.00 FTE. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Contingency to Personnel in the amount of $22,467 is required. RECOMIVIENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2009 -128.
