Consideration and signature of Resolution #2009 -128, transfer of appropriations in the Behavioral
Health Fund.

BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS:
Consideration of Resolution #2009 -128 transferring appropriations within the Behavioral Health Fund.
The Behavioral Health Department will increase a .50 FTE Medical Records Technician at the mair
clinic to a 1.00 FTE.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS:
A transfer of appropriation from Contingency to Personnel in the amount of $22,467 is required.
RECOMIVIENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED:
Approval and signature of Resolution #2009 -128.

WHEREAS, attached is a request from the Behavioral Health Department requesting a transfer
of appropriations, and
WHEREAS it is necessary to transfer appropriations within the Deschutes County Budget 10
accommodate the request; now therefore,

Attached please find an appropriation transfer requesting an increase of .50 FTE to cur
current Behavioral Health budget. Per verbal approval from Dave Kanner, he has giver us
permission to permanently increase our Medical Records Tech, position #3, to a 1.0 F'IE.
