PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2015-005 transferring appropriation from the Capital Outlay category to the Materials & Services category. The County entered into a Cooperative Improvement Agreement whereby it agreed to contribute $200,000 to the cost of a traffic signal in La Pine, Oregon. This agreement was not foreseen at the time the FY 2015 budget was prepared. In order to expend resources for this contribution, appropriation in the Materials & Services category needs to be increased. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Capital Outlay to Materials & Services for $200,000 is required. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2015-005.
