REVIEWED LEGAL COUNSEL For Recording Stamp Only BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON An Order Assigning the Name of Coyote Trail to an Unnamed Access Road. * * ORDER NO. 2008-045 WHEREAS, Deschutes County applied to assign a road name pursuant to Deschutes County's Code, Title 16, Uniform House Numbering and Road Naming System, to assign the name of Coyote Trail to an unnamed access road, located in Township 15 South, Range 10 East, Section 25; W.M.; and WHEREAS, the Deschutes County Community Development Department reviewed the proposed name and approved it pursuant to DCC Chapter 16.16; and WHEREAS, all public notices required to be given under DCC 16.16.030(B) regarding the proposed name have been given; and WHEREAS, the appeal period for appealing the Community Development Department's approval expired; and WHEREAS, DCC 16.16.030(1) requires that road names be changed by order of the Board of County Commissioners; now, therefore, THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, ORDERS as follows: Section 1. That the name of Coyote Trail be assigned to an unnamed access road, as set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein. /// PAGE 1 OF 2- ORDER No. 2008-045 (05/12/08) Section 2.
