BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS:
This is the FY 2008-09 budget for the Deschutes County Extension and 4-H Service District (Fund
720). The Board is asked to consider adoption of this budget through Resolution 2008-077. Revenue to
this fund will come primarily from a property tax levy. The total budget is $540,350.

Establishing the FY 2008-09 budget of $540,350
RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED:
Staff recommends Board adoption and signature of Resolution 2008-077

DESCHUTES COUNTY EXTENSION AND 4-H SERVICE DISTRICT
A Resolution Adopting the 2008-2009
Fiscal Year Budget for the
Deschutes County Extension and
4-H Service District.
RESOLUTION NO. 2008-077
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES
COUNTY, OREGON, ACTING AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE DESCHUTES COUNTY
EXTENSION AND 4-H SERVICE DISTRICT, as follows:
Section 1. That the Board of County Commissioners of Deschutes County, Oregon, acting as the
governing body of the Deschutes County Extension and 4-H Service District, hereby adopts the Budget for the
fiscal year 2008-2009 in the total sum of $540,350. A copy of this budget document is currently on file in the
office of the Deschutes County Board of Commissioners.
