Consideration of Board signature of Ordinance 2008-013 amending the Deschutes County
Comprehensive Plan for the Sunriver Urban Unincorporated Community and adopting this ordinance
by emergency.
PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? No
BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS:
On Wednesday, June 25 the Board closed the public hearing and the record on this proposal and
directed staff to amend related Ordinance 2008-015. They requested that both amendments be brought
back for adoption and signature on Monday, June 30.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS:
None
RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED:
Approval and signature of Ordinance 2008-013.
