ATTENDANCE: Marty Wynne DISTRIBUTION OF DOCUMENTS: Marty Wynne, Finance Department 388-6559 Dan Despotopulos, Fair & Expo 548-2711 REVIEWED LEGAL COUNSEL For Recording Stamp Only BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON A Resolution Creating a Change Fund for Deschutes County Fair & Expo Center for use during the 2008 Annual County Fair in the Amount of $130,000 RESOLUTION NO. 2008-115 WHEREAS, the Deschutes County Fair & Expo Center needs a change fund in the amount of $130,000 to facilitate operations during the Annual County Fair; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHU1 ES COUNTY, OREGON, as follows: Section 1. That checks totaling $130,000 from account number 619-0000-102-00-00 will be drawn to create such account. Section 2. That the change fund be deposited to the County's General Deposit bank account not more than two (2) business days after the conclusion of the Annual County Fair. DATED this rd day ofJuly, 2008.
