Bachelor Kennel Club – K-9 Karnival to Benefit the Humane Society of Redmond – Commissioners Melton and Luke granted $1,000 each, and Commissioner Daly granted $1,400. ƒ UC Santa Barbara Economic Forecast Project – with Portland State University – Commissioner Melton granted $1,000. ƒ Bend 2030 – Town Hall –Commissioner Melton granted $1,000 but requested that it be contingent on a City of Bend match. 10.
