1. CITIZEN INPUT
This is the time provided for individuals wishing to address the Board, at the Board's
discretion, regarding issues that are not already on the agenda. Citizens who wish to speak
should sign up prior to the beginning of the meeting on the sign-up cards provided. Please
use the microphone and also state your name and address at the time the Board calls on you
to speak. PLEASE NOTE: Citizen input regarding matters that are or have been the subject
of a public hearing will NOT be included in the record of that hearing.
2. CONSIDERATION of Chair Signature of Document No. 2008-572, an
Amendment to a Subgrant Agreement with Saving Grace, for the “Imagine Life
without Violence” Program – Sarah Johnson, Commission on Children &
Families
3. CONSIDERATION of Signature of Order No. 2008-085, Advancing 2008-09
Tax Levies from the County General Fund to Certain Small Districts as
Provided for by ORS 311.392 – Dave Lilley and/or Marty Wynne, Finance
4. CONSIDERATION of Signature of Resolution No. 2008-140, regarding
Federal Fiscal Year Elections for National Forest Related Safety-Net Payments
– Tom Blust, Road Department
5. CONSIDERATION of First Reading of Ordinance No. 2008-034, Amending
County Code in regard to Corrections Supervisory Authority Board

6. Economic Grant Requests:
Assistance League of Bend – Operation School Bell – Commissions Luke
and Baney granted $500 each; Commissioner Daly granted $1,000
Shop with a Cop Program - Commissioner Luke granted $3,000;
Commissioners Daly and Baney granted $1,000 each.
New Generations Early Childhood Development Center – Fee Adjustment
Commissioner Luke granted $3,395 to include all but the transportation
SDC’s. Commissioner Daly granted $1,000 and Commissioner Baney
granted $2,000.
Heart of Oregon Corps – Software – Commissioner Daly granted $2,000 and
Commissioner Baney granted $1,000
7. Approval of Minutes:
