MINUTES OF BUSINESS MEETING
DESCHUTES COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 3, 2008
Commissioners' Hearing Room - Administration Building - 1300 NW Wall St., Bend
Present were Commissioners Dennis R. Luke, Michael M Daly and Tammy Baney.
Also present were Dave Kanner, County Administrator; Erik Kropp, Deputy
County Administrator; Laurie Craghead, Legal Counsel; Anna Johnson,
Communications; several members of the Sheriff's Office; several Oregon Youth
Challenge students; and approximately 10 other citizens. No representatives of the
media were in attendance.
Chair Luke opened the meeting at 10:00 a.m.
1. Before the Board was Citizen Input.
Roger Weidner, a former attorney & prosecutor, said he is now representing
himself and a full -time a client named Teresa Wishon who has had problems
regarding the theft of property. He stated he and she have been subject to
unprecedented abuse at the courts and before the Board, with law enforcement
that doesn't care, corrupt judges and thieving attorneys. He then went into great
detail about Ms. Wishon's situation.
He presented a paper entitled "Midnight Messenger" to the Board, which he
says will explain the circumstances to them fully.
Patricia Wishon said she was testifying to make a record about the corruption in
Deschutes County. In particular, she was distressed about a birth certificate
being used by Santiago Torres, one of the people involved in the situation. She
believes the certificate is being used in a fraudulent manner She was also
distressed about charges filed against her that she believes are fraudulent and
without basis.

Jason Wheeler, Ms. Wishon's son, stated that Mr. Weidner has stood by them
during this whole situation and helped his mother keep at least part of her
property. He feels judges and the court system have failed his mother and this
is one of the most scandalous situations in the whole state, and should be
investigated.
Teacher Jason Lowry, plus seven Oregon Youth Challenge students came
before the Board: Hanna Davis, Errick Ekstrand, Liz Breymen, Sean Rudman,
Dionicio Vega, Merrill Sewer, and Elsa Paredes, who are from various parts of
Oregon.
The students indicated what their plans for the future are. These included
furthering their education, joining the military or going on to college or into an
internship with various companies.
In regard to community service projects, some of the students said they
especially enjoyed working at the Special Olympics, Habitat for Humanity and
the Pilot Butte Challenge.
Mr. Lowry said that this has been a good group. They have helped with a
variety of projects, including planning the graduation dinner and picnic.
No other citizen input was offered.

Issue #142
November — December, 2008 12 Issues $42
Transforming America
By Des Griffin
On November 4 Barack Hussein
Obama — with massive help from what
was undoubtedly one of the most cata-
strophically deceitful, dysfunctional and
lawless administiations in American
history — became president -elect of the
United States. In the words of one ob-
server, "The torch is being passed to a
new generation of Americans," signal-
ing "the death rattles of Republican
conservatism."
We should not, of course, ignore the
role played by the Democrats on Capi-
tol Hill in the creation of the present
economic meltdown that contributed to
the defeat of John McCain. Such ill -
conceived pieces of socialist legislation
as Fannie Mae (1938) and Freddie Mac
( 1970), and the abandonment of consti-
tutional money (gold and silver, Article
1, Section 10) by the Johnson adminis-
tration in 1968, helped set the scene for
the present economic debacle and hous-
ing crisis. Public records clearly reveal
that, in recent years, the Democratic
"leadership" (Nancy Pelosi, Barney
Frank, and Maxine Waters) strenu-
ously resisted moves to correct the
massive flaws in these two programs
allegedly designed to help poorer fami-
lies find affordable housing. As both
programs were based on massively
flawed premises and a fiat money
system, the inevitable results were
never in question. As former Fed
chairman Alan Greenspan wrote in
another context, these were among the
"shabby secrets" of the welfare state.
Fifty four years of unrelenting liberal
fiscal insanity now has our once great
Republic teetering at the edge of the
abyss.
Now Barack Hussein Obama comes
on the scene. During his campaign, like
a knight in shining armor he bombarded
the nation with relentless mantras:
"Change you can believe in," "Change
we need,' and "Real change." Never
once has he defined his terms. Why?
As stated in his autobiography, Obama
"serve[s] as a blank screen on which
people of vastly different political
stripes can project their own views."
In voting for him, millions projected
their own "vastly different" political
hopes and aspirations onto Obama's
"blank screen." Their hopes and aspi-
rations were not based on a factual
knowledge and understanding of
political reality. Rather, their
"hopes" emanated from vague, nebu-
lous, unrealizable expectations that —
through an unprecedented advertis-
ing and media blitzkrieg of false in-
formation — were inserted into their
already dumbed -down and prepro
grammed minds. Their collective vote
of confidence was based on "feelings"
instead of demonstrable realism. The
tragic results of a decades -old socialis-
tic propaganda program designed (in
the words of Occasional Letter #I, of
the Rockefeller- funded General Educa-
tion Board, 1904) to make the Ameri-
can people "yield themselves with per-
fect docility into [their] molding hands
... as they workled their) own good will
upon a grateful and responsive rural
folk" are everywhere evident. The
Biblically -based values upon which the
Republic was originally founded have
been systematically eroded. As man is
now deemed to be his own "god" (the
one who makes the rules), Eternal
truths are ridiculed as .being irrele-
vant, Having been indoctrinated
through the "education" system and the
mass media into believing there is no
God, no absolutes, and no eternal truth,
it is assumed by most that they can "do
their own thing" without having to pay
the consequences of such lawlessness.
As a result America finds itself bom-
barded from every point of the compass
with escalating and apparently insoluble
problems. In recent decades all the
proposed solutions put forward by our
"leaders" have only compounded the
problems we face as a nation. The gov-
ernment's current bailout of hanks and
major corporations is just one of many
examples. Fiscal anarchy cannot be
overcome by multiplying fiscal lawless-
ness. The price we — both individu-
ally and, collectively as a nation —
will soon pay for such rejection of
constitutionally - ordained law and
order will prove so horrendous, SO
psychologically disruptive that, Pot
many, it will be tantamount to com-
plete ego destruction.
MASSIVE CHANGES
Particularly since the 1960s, mono
mental changes have been taking plan
at every level of American society. A.
documented elsewhere, the transforma
tion of America from a Bibl ica I ly -basct
Republic into a God- rejecting democ
racy has taken many decades. At it •

Spending the Economy into Oblivion
By Congressman Ron Paul
With news that Congress is poised to
consider a new stimulus package, I am
forced to again ask a question that
seems silly in Washington: flow will we
pay for this?
While a few Mcrnhcrs of Congress
have raised the issue, it certainly was
not the primary concern of the 1IOUSC
Budget Committee when they inter-
viewed Ben Bernanke recently. And,
when they did direct this question to the
Chairman of the Federal Reserve, his
answer was the standard rhetoric about
how Congress needed to make tough
choices. Needless to say, not many spe-
cifics were discussed.
One of the most liberal members of the
House, Barney Frank, has at least vol-
unteered something of a suggestion:
"We can let Iraq take care 01 itself."
This, of course, goes in the right direc-
tion, but hardly far enough.
DECLARE THE FACTS
We need to declare the facts and
their obvious consequences. The defi-
cit of the United States is now spiral-
ing out of control, and the recent hail -
out package has only made it worse.
Our crushing federal debt is one key
reason behind our current economic
turbulence.
As Congress begins to consider the
third "stimulus package" of the year, we
need to realize it is time to start setting
priorities, Priority number one should be
cutting spending in foreign countries.
This does not simply mean tray, but
everywhere.
RUSIIING TOWARD -
BAN'KRUP'I'CY
T(ic next stimulus package is likely to
include money for infrastructure. While
these investments arc, constitutionally
speaking, supposed to he made by state
and local governments, it is not likely
that Congress will suddenly begin to pay
heed to the document we arc all sworn to
uphold. Still, we need to acknowledge
the fact that the current Congress and
Administration are rushing the nation
toward bankruptcy.
This being the case, we could hope
they would at least come to their senses
regarding our debt and foreign spending
sprees. Our nation's foreign -held debt is
at record highs and moving ever higher.
Continuing to borrow money from Red
China and others in order to pay "dues"
to the United Nations and run "P an
Colombia" makes no sense at all.
Our whole carrot - and -stick appro;.ch
to foreign policy snakes no sense. 7 he
US government simultaneously gi 'es
money to Israel, and to Egypt. We s, nd
AIDS money to Africa while AI )S
clinics in America shut down. "Mill n-
niutn challenge" funding goes to
countries which enact "market ba ed
reforms" as we push our own co' in-
try further and further into a c!n-
trally planned economy,
Economic recovery will only come
through financial prudence, savings
and getting back to producing things
of value again. But it seems to t ; a
foregone conclusion that we are at wt

roots are the secret societies and their
plans to destroy the sovereignty of all
nations in preparation for their absorp-
tion into a Godless new world order.
The demolition job has been done so
gradually, so systematically that few .
Americans realize the main cause of
their escalating problems. One of the
most effective tools used in the destruc-
tion of traditional "Americanism" has
been the "education" system. Far from
being truly educational, it has been
used to brainwash, indoctrinate, and
dumb -down most of the population.
We have now reached the point where
few people are any longer capable of
independent thought. Most are easily
manipulated in the direction dictated by
the "leaders" in society.
ANTONIO GRAMSCI
This sad situation has hcen brought
about by methods devised by Italian
communist theoretician Antonio Grams-
ci (1891 - 1937). He realized that West-
ern Civilization, due to its Biblical-
based morality, its prosperity, and the
influence of growing education 1 oppor-
tunities, could never he conquered by
way of a violent socialist /communist
revolution as was, for example, Russia.
In answer to this dilemma, Gramsci
devised a much more devious, diaboli-
cal and Machiavellian plan to bring
Western Europe and the United States
to their knees culturally, economically,
and religiously. While in prison for
subversive activities in Fascist Italy, he
devised what has since been described
as " Gramscian tactics." He believed the
job could be accomplished via "a long
march through the institutions" that
would slowly discredit and undermine
their biblically-based values, their insti-
tutions, and foundations. Thinking and
planning long term, Gramsci realized
this would eventually cause society to
fall apart and thus open up the way to
totalitarian socialism (communism) to
allegedly clean up the mess. As one
unnamed observer states: "It was a
brilliantly destructive idea.... Gramsci
1 inspired] the attacks on Christianity,
the family, individual freedom, morality
and moral judgements." Further, it led
to multiculturalism, the cult of victim -
hood, `tolerance,' political correctness,
the replacement of the roles of family,
religion, individual responsibility and
choice with government rules, laws, and
regulations. These, in turn, led to the
expansion of the civil government, the
Welfare State, the Nanny State, anti -
tradition, anti - capitalism, anti- success,
anti - nationalism, anti - Americanism and
anti- Westernism, etc — all the stuff
that makes me echo Bob Grant with
'It's sick out there, and getting
sicker'.... Yes, it is all ultimately about
the suppression of the individual soul
and spirit — his freedom, autonomy,
initiative, and self- definition — the
highest and most noble notions of West-
ern Civilization, in pursuit of a collec-
tivist utopia run by `them.' In short,
it's about the location of power and
,Honey" (maggiesfarm.anotherdotcom.
corn). In recent decades Gramsci -in-
spired "change agents" have brought
society systematically and progressively
to the hrink of collapsing into a Godless
new world order.

JUDICIAL SYSTEM
In the United States, one of the "insti-
tutions" most dramatically altered or
revolutionized through Gramscian tac-
tics has been the judicial system. Par-
ticularly since the advent of the FDR
administration in the 1930s, the
American judicial system has been
turned upside down. From one solidly
based on Biblical laws and principles
(accepted "absolutes" — "thy Word
is Truth," John 17:17 ), it has been
reduced to one in which most of the
ideals embraced by our founders have
been jettisoned. In their place we find
an evolving system in constant flux, one
in which "absolutes" have been scorned
and replaced by an ever - evolving array
of manmade statutes based on the latest
vain political theories. For the most
part, these are designed specifically
to reduce personal, individual free-
doms — and to place ever- increasing
amounts of power and authority in
the hands of Big Brother Govern-
ment. Many in "law enforcement" —
in open rebellion against their Cre-
ator, and the Constitution to which -
they have sworn allegiance — have
assumed the role of "god" or law-
maker. Nationwide, many judges have
become so abrasively arrogant it is
obvious they wholeheartedly embrace
the Satanic lie that they can he "as
gods" (Genesis 3:5). Many have openly
stated that the Constitution (the su-
preme Law of the Land, Article IV,
Section VI, to which they have sworn
an oath of allegiance) no longer applies
in "their" courts. These are by no
means isolated reprobates — "loose
cannons" in an otherwise healthy
judicial system. Such judges have been
repeatedly defended by various State
supreme courts. To quote Scripture:
"Judgment is turned away backward
... for truth is fallen in the streets, and
equity cannot enter" (Isaiah 59:14).
"From the sole of the foot even onto
the head there is no soundness in it;
but wounds and bruises and putrefy-
ing sores; (that) have not been closed,
neither hound up, neither mollified by
ointment. Your country is desolate ...
strangers devour in your presence,
and it is desolate as overthrown by
strangers..." (Isaiah I: 6 -7).
SYSTEM TRANSFORMED
What is true, "Constitutional
Law "? And what events have led to its
erosion and virtual destruction in the
courtrooms of our once great Republic?
As pointed out earlier, the Bible was the
basis upon which the laws of the Amer-
ican Republic were originally estab-
lished. As Roger Weidner, the former
head of the Multnomah County (Port-
land) fraud department points out: "We
can't have constitutional government
unless we have constitutional courts.
And we can't have constitutional
courts unless we have neutral judges.
All a public courtroom is is a place to
make a public record so that all the
facts in any given situation may be laid
out in a clear manner.
"Every citizen has an absolute con-
stitutional right to file a complaint
with the clerk of the court in the county
in which they were injured, to have
remedy for the injury or financial losses
they have suffered by being wrongfully
injured by some one or some entity.
"Under constitutional law, any legal
dispute is a two -party dispute— plain-
tiff vs defendant. The judge is neutral.
The judge's only role is to act as ref-
eree, thus ensuring that both sides get
a ['air, unbiased hearing. This leads to
true justice."
Following the Civil War the `legal'
system was subverted. It was drasti-
cally changed over a number of years.
As the War Between the States drew to
a close, Abraham Lincoln wanted to
bring the southern States back into the
Union as "sovereign sisters." This,
however, was contrary to the aims of
the international hankers who had been
secretly financing both sides during the
war. In 1865, the hankers wanted the
southern States to remain as 'occupied
territories.' Lincoln's goal was thwart-
ed and, in the ten years following the
Civil War, the various southern States
become military districts. As a result
United States Inc. carne into being.
Unknown to most Americans, the con-
stitutional concept of sovereign 5 tates
was phased out and the concept of
centralized government phased in. In
the years following the Civil War, the
western half of the nation was taken
over by an ever - expanding federal gov-
ernment. This task was accomplished,
not by Constitutional Law but by the
law of contract. The whole thing
became an accomplished fact in the
early days of the Franklin D. Roose-
velt administration. In 1933, under
cover of an artificially created "cri-
sis" the various States were induced
into signing away, contractually, their
Constitutionally - guaranteed Sover-
eignty. Big Brother in Washington
now dictates what the various Stales
can and cannot do. In addition — by
way of contracts and over an extem ed
period of time — the vast majority of
Americans have been induced/seduced
into signing away (contractually) many
of the rights they were guaranteed
under the Constitution. Since –Kit
fateful date the American court sys
been progressively transformed nto
one that operates under what is tern ned
"Administrative law" rather than C in-
stitutional law.
Revealingly, the federal government
has issued a multitude of grave wt i rn-
ings about the inherent "dange rs"
involved in participating in a s' ide
variety of activities, but it has never
warned people about the dant,ers
involved in signing away, contractu-
ally, their constitutionally - guarani eed
rights.
IN MODERN COURTROOMS
Roger Weidner elaborates: "Or .e a
party enters a courtroom on a gal
matter they are turning the jurisdi tion
of their two -party complaint over t ■ the
judge, by way of a general appeal Ince
— unless they state before the legal
proceedings begin, that they are 'ap-
pearing by special appearance tntil
informed by the judge that the' are
proceeding in a court of constitu-
tional due process," a adversar3 sys-
tem, plaintiff, defendant — in fro, it of
a neutral judge. If the judge doe' not
respond that one is so proceeding, he
has no legal jurisdiction over the
case. He then becomes simply a ch k of
the court. Only when there is sI.me-
thing in dispute, does thejudgehe omc
involved." Ili is important to not( that
under the Constitution the "dutias of
a judge" are defined as "faithful! and
impartially obeying the Constiti lion-
. ally-sanctioned rules. Their obligation
is to ensure that in any dispute both
sides get a completely open and
above -board hearing without the
possibility of key evidence Iteing
ruled "inadmissable." This is termed
"due process")
"No one should go into court 1 r ask
the judge anything," declares We dncr.
"Their sole purpose should he to
make a public record aflidavitl tut -
der oath. If the defendant doc not
deny any of the sworn facts it their
affidavit, those facts are legally teem-
ed admitted since they haven't been
denied. The judge is thus conititu-
tionally bound to render a vernict in
favor of the plaintiff just as he is
sworn and paid to do by the ci inns
(his employer) in the county in vhich
Ile resides.
THE WISIION CASE
A case that has been before th • Ore-
gon courts for the last Iew vca s is a
good illustration of the serious prob-
lems that exist in the current leg d sys-
tem. In 1991 Patricia Wishon n .1rried
Paul Yager whose family, sir :o the
early 1930s, had been major la] Iown-
ers in central Oregon. At one ti ne the
Yager family owned most of the :ity of
La Pine close to the Cascade lakes.
Nine months after their marriage,
Paul — who had inherited land ( 164
acres) valued at more than $2 nil1100
from his mother — died. Patricia inher-

ited the property, a few miles from
Bend, and lived on it with her son and
daughter from a previous marriage.
A few years later, while having a meal
at a Restaurant and Bar she struck up
an acquaintance with a man who called
himself Santiago Torres. They seemed
to "hit it off." Soon afterwards, he told
her he was a "renowned" songwriter
and musician and had played with a
number of well -known bands. (These
later turned out to be a rather dubious
claims). He invited her to come to hear
him play.
The couple were married on May 21,
1995. His name on the marriage certif-
icate read, "Santiago P. Torres." Her
name was given as, "Patricia Sue
Torres-Wishon." Shortly thereafter,
"Torres" told her he wanted a platonic
relationship and that he didn't want
her to use his name. It was later re-
vealed that Torres was already married
and that he had being using a false
name — the name of a brother who had
died at birth. At that time he began
using the name, "Jimmy Torres." This
was the first sign of real trouble in the
"marriage." It also became obvious that
this dubious character wanted Patricia
to act as his "taxi service" and someone
who would pay all the bills. She real-
ized that if he stuck around he would
someday inherit the property.
With this in mind, she went to the Key
Title and Escrow Company where she
made a deed instead of a will. In it, she
deliberately used the name, "Jimmy
Torres." The deed was made in the
name of "Wheeler," the name of her
previous husband with whom she had a
son and a daughter. In the deed, she
maintained title to the property, with
her children having full "right of
survivorship." Jimmy Torres was
given no interest in the property.
Under the name "Jimmy Torres," her
second "husband" became increasingly
abusive. In court, he was charged with
"wife beating" and sentenced to 6
months in jail. He served about 60
days. When he was released from jail,
Patricia unwisely allowed him back into
her house. As the abuse continued, he
threatened to "do her in" if she went to
the police. Being continually "roughed
up," she went to live with her daughter
who, by then, was living in Nevada.
OREGON BAR ASSOCIATION
At that point she contacted the Oregon
Bar Association, seeking legal advice
from a lawyer to help her out of her
growing problems. They sent her to a
Bend lawyer named Anthony Albertazzi
who it was claimed was a "Family Law
Lawyer." Wishon immediately in-
structed her new representative not
to have any contact with Torres. She
asked him to get an annulment. Her
lawyer told she didn't quality for an
annulment.
Wishon found out through friends that
Albertazzi, with whom she had a
attorney- client relationship, was in fact
having secret meetings with Torres.
Soon, Albertazzi phoned to ask if she
would like to transfer to a program
called "mediation arbitration." Reply-
ing that she didn't know the meaning of
the term, she was told it was a way to
quickly get the whole thing hashed out.
Without her consent, Albertazzi put
her into mandatory arbitration. This
automatically locked her into a process
that gave Torres 25 percent of the es-
tate.
After deliberately avoiding Wishon
for two months, Albertazzi called her
daughter saying that she and her broth-
er needed to sign an affidavit in support
of their mother's motion for summary
judgment. When Patricia and her son
Jason showed up at his law offices on
January 14, 2003, they were told that,
as he was in a hurry to keep an unex-
pected appointment, they should both
just sign it. Jason refused to sign his
affidavit, and Patricia signed her affida-
vit without being allowed to read it,
Albertazzi claiming there was no need
to read it as the whole thing was cut
and dried. He would send them copies
later.
In fact, Albertazzi had written the
affidavit in such a way as to cut both
children out of the agreement. Instead,
the affidavit was designed to support
Torres' claim to the property. Actually,
Albertazzi — unknown to the family
— had changed Torres' name from
"Anthony P. Torres" to "Jimmy
Torres." Her lawyer was obviously
working in conjunction with Tones to
seize 25 percent of the valuable. prop-
erty. '
ROGER WEIDNER
When she became aware of what
Albertazzi had done, Wishon became
deeply concerned. At this point she
contacted Roger Weidner who had, over
a period of years, gained a reputation,
as a former attorney and public prose-
cutor, for exposing corruption in the
legal system. On Weidner's suggestion,
she immediately fired Albertazzi.
Although fired, Albertazzi continued
working on the case and brazenly pre-
pared the award giving 25 percent of
Wishon's property to Torres.
After firing Albertazzi because of his
deceitful conduct, Wishon notified the
Arbitrator, George Burgott, that any
agreements Albertazzi had made with
Torres were fraudulent and that he was
not to sign the award. The Arbitrator
signed it anyway. Wishon then placed
Weidner's name on the deed, and Weid-
ner filed a suit to quiet title to the prop-
erty. In response, the court on attorney
Ingram's motion and without a hear-
ing, dismissed the quiet tide action and
awarded $11,000 in attorney's fees to
compensate Torres for having to file the
motion to dismiss.
This started all the suhsequence
efforts to get everything into court,
on the record, so that the facts re-
garding the ongoing fraud could he
testified to and established under
oath.
AT SHERIFF'S OFFICE
When Weidner and Wishon attempted
to appear in court to testify about the
fraud to which they were being sub-
jected, they were threatened by arrest
by the judge. They then made an ap-
pointment to meet with the Sheriff at
his office regarding the threats they
received when they attempted to appear
in court. When Weidner entered the
meeting room at the Sheriff's office he
was confronted by an angry Captain
Edwards, and ordered out of the room.
Weidner then explained to Edwards that
he was a former attorney and public
prosecutor and that he (Edwards) need-
ed to hear what he had to say. Instead,
Captain Edward had two deputies grab
Weidner. They marched him out of the
Sheriff's office, and told him to go sit in
his car.
Some weeks later, Weidner went to
Judge Sullivan's office in Deschutes
County court to see if his motion to
video court proceedings had been grant-
ed. He was again confronted by Captain
Edwards and thrown out of Sullivan's
office. Weidner then confronted eight
sheriff deputies and told them he was a
former prosecutor and was simply at-
tempting to speak in the courtroom and
was being harassed by the deputies on
the orders of the "corrupt judges pro-
tecting thieving attorneys."
Then, when Weidner entered the
courtroom there were 15 deputies and a
group of 15 -20 of his supporters pres-
ent. When Ingram arrived in the court-
room Weidner pointed him out and
condemned him for his fraud and con-
spiracy in attempting to steal the Wish-
on property. When Judge Thompson
entered the courtroom he told Weidner
to take a seat, he was not a party to the
case. When Weidner started to ask if he
could videotape the proceedings, he was
immediately ordered arrested by Judge
Thompson and sentenced to serve ten
days in jail for contempt. He was
forcibly removed from the courtroom
and taken, handcuffed, in the hack of a
sheriff's car to jail.
SUED OVER SIGNS
Attorneys Ingram and Hasse, and
their client Torres sued Wishon, Weid-
ner and Jason. Wheeler for defamation
for putting signs around their property
describing the corruption. During the
resultant trial, when Wishon at-
tempted to speak she was stopped by
the judge. When she insisted on again
putting everything on the record, the
judge angrily ordered the guards to
arrest hen. A guard simply asked her to
leave. In response, Wishon declared,
"I'm not going to leave." Then, looking
at Judge Barber, she said, "May God
have mercy on you, Judge Barber." The
judge said nothing and immediately left
the courtroom.
On April 24 -28, 2006, in the court-
room of Judge Richard Barber, Wishon
on the stand and under oath, detailed
and - confronted, and prosecuted
Torres, Ingram, and Hasse for their
criminal conduct in conspiring to
steal her property. At the conclusion
of her sworn testimony she asked all
three if they had any questions about
the truthfulness of the criminal charg-
es she had leveled against them. W hen
they refused to respond, she stepped
from the stand and, pointing at the
three, said to the guard and tht judge,
"Arrest them." The judge, without
explanation or questioning a•- to the
truthfulness of the charges s to was
making against the two attorn ys and
the wife- beating con man sittin - before
him as Plaintiffs, refused V. ishon's
request.
During the same hearing, wilt Judge
Barber continually sustained all
Ingram's objections to Weidner's
questions to Torres, Weidner walked
up to the bench and in a strong voice
demanded, "Judge Barber, a re these
courts of constitutional due process' ?"
Judge Barber responded, "I'm not
going to answer that." At tl is point
Weidner removed from his pocket a
copy of Judge Barber's oath if office
and read it tohim: "I, Richard Barber,
do solemnly swear or affirm that I
will support the Constitution of the
United States of America, and the
Constitution of the State of Oregon,
that 1 will faithfully and imoartialIy
discharge the duties of a judge of the
circuit court of the State acct rding to
the best of' my abilities, and that 1 will
not accept any office , except ,judicial
office during the term for which 1
have been elected. "'l hen, lea ing over
the bench Weidner handed Jt igc Bar-
ber a copy of his oath: "Is that your
signature, Judge Barber ?" " he judge
responded, "Yes." Weidner a ;a in, in a
demanding voice asked the jut ge, "Are
these courts of constitutional due pro-
cess?" Judge Barber again . nswercd,
"I'm not going to answer that."
Because of the actions of Attorney
Ingram and Judge Barber ii blocking
Wishon, Weidner and Whc !ler from
putting on overwhelming el idence of
fraud and conspiracy, the ury came
back with a "guilty" verdi t against
Wishon, Wheeler (her son). .nd Weid-
ner. To satisfy the judgment, m August
17, 2007 the Sheriff's offic sold the
Wishon /Weidner property 1 r attorney
Claud Ingram and Torres for X500,000.
Attorney Ingram then filed 0 r a Writ 01
Assistance to take over tht property.
Weidner then filed a moti' n to deny
writ. As we go to press, Pat: icia Wish-
on is set to file a "fraudult at convey-
ance" suit. All of the abov , evidence
has since been submitted and testified
to in open court, under oat h, without
being denied or refuted.
Will Constitutional Law-- "due pro-
cess" — ultimately prevail in the W ish-
on case, or will it be trampled underfoot
and destroyed by a lawless (unconstitu-
tional) judicial system r n amuck?
