AMENDMENT. DCC Chapter 8.16, Events, Parades, Funeral Processions and Outdoor Mass Gatherings, is amended to read as described in Exhibit “A”, attached and incorporated by reference herein, with new language underlined and deleted language set forth in strikethrough.
