What do we hope to accomplish?
Establish a 750-mile primitive trail as an asset for
communities throughout Oregon’s high desert.
Create non-motorized recreation opportunities (hiking,
boating, horse packing, and biking) that complement
wildlife connectivity and habitat conservation.
