DATE: August 13, 2014 FROM: Susan Ross Property& Facilities 541-383-6713 TITLE OF AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of Board signature of Document 2014-452, Acceptance of Real Property. PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? No BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: The attached acceptance and conveyance of real property is a result of a Partition of property approved by the City of Sisters to create a separate parcel for donation to Deschutes County for the construction of the Sisters Health Clinic. The property is 14,031 square feet in area (0.32 acres), and will eventually be located within the McKenzie Meadow Village Master Planned Community. The acceptance and conveyance will allow Deschutes County to take formal ownership of the parcel and Clinic, which has been under construction and is nearing completion. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: There is no consideration for this conveyance. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Staff recommends signature of Document 2014-452.
