matters before the Board of the Western Cave Conservancy where any potential conflict of
interest arises, I will abstain from voting. I will be purchasing the equipment, but all funds will
be controlled and accounted for by Michael Spiess, Treasurer of the Western Cave Conservancy
and oversight will be provided by our elected Board of Directors.
