It is my understanding that the radio equipment added to the vehicle purchased was the reason this purchase exceeded the budgeted amount for this line item. In addition, the other capital outlay line of Operating Equipment has also been expended, resulting in the capital outlay category being over expended. Please review it to verify it represents the changes you are looking for. If it is satisfactory, please forward the appropriation transfer to Wayne Lowry, Lacy Nichols and Jeanine Faria. The resolution for this budget adjustment will subsequently be prepared and submitted to the Board of County Commissioners for approval.
