Attached is the appropriation transfer and position cost estimate for the two newest Public Safety System Specialists

Please review the appropriation transfer form. If it meets your approval, forward it on to Wayne Lowry and Lacy

Teri -Thanks for the information. Per our conversation earlier today, at this afternoon's work session, the BoCC, acting
as the 9-1-1 Service District Board, approved the hiring of two new Public Safety Systems Specialists for this budget year.
Our target hire date is April 1 st. When the figures are calculated for the budget amendment resolution, is it or can it be
based on that projected start date?
Tom -Would you please reply to this e-mail to confirm for Teri these new FTEs were approved by the Board?
Thanks!

After reviewing the current positions, you will only need to request the two Public Safety System Specialists
in your email.
I'm moving the Telecomm II FTE back from the Public Safety System Specialist classification based on the
resolution adding the second Public Safety System Specialist position that was approved last week.
