Consideration of signature of Document No. 2015-240, An Acceptance deed for Right-of-Way
Dedicated by Rex and Tammy Lesueur on Huntington Road in La Pine, OR
PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO.
BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS:
Rex Lesueur applied to the City of La Pine for site plan review for conversion of an existing dwelling
located at 51500 Huntington Road in La Pine, OR into office space (Casefile SPR 2015-02). Part of the
improvements to this property includes installing parallel parking spaces along Huntington Road with
the installation of an eight (8) foot sidewalk along the frontage of the property. In order to install these
improvements, an additional 4.5 feet of right of way dedication is required along the west boundary of
the property. Signature of Document No. 2015-240 will accept the dedication as public right-of-way.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS:
None.
RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED:
The Road Department recommends signature of Document 2015-240, accepting the right-of-way
dedication on Huntington Road
