PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2015-027 transferring appropriation from Contingency to the Materials & Services category. Due to homeowner association fees, cleanup expenses and maintenance costs, expenditures for foreclosed properties exceeded what was anticipated in the FY 2015 original budget. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Contingency to Materials & Services for $7,575 is required. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2015-027. Additionally, the homeowners association fees on two parcels were in arrears. State law requires County to pay these fees when it holds title to the property.
