PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2015-035. The County has identified the need for an actuarial review, which was not anticipated at the time of the FY 2015 original budget. Additional appropriation is required in the Materials & Services category. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Personnel to Materials & Services for $1,000 is necessary. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2015-035. That the following transfers of appropriations be made: FROM: 135-0800-415.23-57 Deschutes County PERS Reserve, PERS/OPSRP $ 1,000 TO: 135-0800-415.51-10 Deschutes County PERS Reserve, Fees & Pennits $ 1,000 Section 2. The budget included a $1,000 appropriation for the trustee fees but did not include an appropriation for the study done by Milliman. Please review the attached.
