THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY,
OREGON, ORDAINS as follows:
Section 1. Section 6.040, Exceptions to Yard Requirements,
Ordinance No. PL -15, Deschutes County Zoning Ordinance of 1979,
is amended by the addition of Subsection (4), which reads as
follows:
"(4) An addition to an existing residential dwelling
which is within 100 feet from the high water
line or mark along a stream or lake may be
constructed provided that the addition is for
residential dwelling purposes, no part of the
addition is closer to the stream or lake than
the existing residential structure, the addition
is 900 square feet in area or smaller and does
not exceed the square foot of floor space of
the existing structure, and, the addition
conforms with all other setbacks and building
limitations."
