ORDINANCE NO. 86-023 VOL PA^E 343
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY,
OREGON, ORDAINS as follows:
Section 1. Section 12 of Ordinance No. PL -21, "Appeals", is
amended to read as follows:
"Section 12. Appeals.
Appeals from actions of the Landmarks Commis-
sion shall be to the Board of County Commis-
sioners and may be filed by the applicant,
the owner, occupant or abutting landowner of
the site or district concerned, or by any
other person who participated in the initial
hearing. Appeals must be filed within fif-
teen (15) days from the date of action by the
Landmarks Commission, shall be filed on a
form provided by the Planning Department, and
shall be accompanied by the fee set for
appeals by the Board of County Commissioners.
The appeal shall be conducted according to
the terms of Ordinance No. 82-011."
Section 2. This Ordinance being necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency
is declared to exist, and this Ordinance takes effect on its
passage.
