Home My WebLink About91-025WHEREAS, on May 15, 1991, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Ordinance No. 91-016, amending the Deschutes County Code by adding a new Section 15.04.055, prohibiting the installation of certain solid fuel heating devices; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners finds that the provisions of the new Section 15.04.055 of the Deschutes County Code are unduly restrictive and that additional study is necessary in order to develop appropriate regulations; now, therefore, THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY ORDAINS as follows: Section 1. Section 15.04.055 of the Deschutes County Code is hereby repealed. Section 2. This Ordinance being necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this Ordinance takes effect on its passage.
