RE: November 6, 2014 Meeting
The next TDC Advisory Committee meeting is scheduled for November 6 from 9:00 to 11:00
a.m. at the Deschutes Services Center, Barnes and Sawyer rooms. The Committee will
continue where it left off, discussing Vic Russell’s perspectives on the Pollution Reduction Credit
(PRC) program as it relates to property he owns in Quadrants 1 a, b, and d. Russell asked staff
to include an April 3, 2006 letter, written by Tom Anderson, (former) Community Development
Department Director (Attachment).
If time allows, staff remains interested in a Committee recommendation as it pertains to
Neighborhoods 1, 2, 3 and 4.
