DESCHUTES COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
DESCHUTES SERVICES CENTER
1300 NW WALL STREET, BEND, OREGON, 97701
MAY 12, 2011 — 5:30 P.M.
I. CALL TO ORDER
Meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Vice Chair Chris Brown. Members present
were Richard Klyce, James Powell and Bill Rainey. Absent: Chair Merle Irvine, Todd
Turner and Ed Criss. Staff present were Peter Russell, Senior Transportation Planner,
and Sher Buckner, Administrative Secretary.
II. PUBLIC COMMENTS
None.
III. REVIEW AND POSSIBLE RECOMMENDATION: TA 11-1, Ordinance 2011-016, for
Development Approval Extensions — Peter Russell, Senior Transportation Planner.
Peter summarized the proposal and said that staff has recommended approval.
Motion: Commissioner Rainey motioned to recommend TA -11-1. Seconded by
Commissioner Klyce. Motion passed unanimously.
IV. PLANNING COMMISSION & STAFF COMMENTS.
None.
V. ADJOURN
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
