ORDINANCE NO. 80-229,
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY,
OREGON ORDAINS as follows:
Section 1. That Section of the Redmond Urban Area
Comprehensive Plan entitled, "Quasi -Judicial Plan Amendments,"
is hereby amended to read as f to ows:
"Quasi -Judicial Plan Amendments.
Quasi-judicial modifications may be initiated
and shall be processed in conformance with
Articles X and XI of the Redmond Urban Area
Zoning Ordinance of 1980 and the Management
Agreement between the City of Redmond and
Deschutes County for the Redmond Urban Area."
Section 2. This Ordinance being necessary for the
immediate preservation of public peace, health and safety, an
emergency is declared to exist, and this Ordinance takes effect on
January 1, 1981.
