ORDINANCE NO. 82-039
COUNTY CLERK
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY,
OREGON, ORDAINS as follows:
Section 1. That the Urban Area Reserve Section of Ordinance
80-216, as amended, Bend Area General Plan, be amended by the
addition of the following:
"Destination resorts shall have the density and inten-
sity of development determined during the conditional
use process considering the adequacy of sewer and
water facilities available or to be provided by the
development, compatibility with adjacent uses, and
adequacy of the road network."
Section 2. This Ordinance being necessary for the immediate
preservation of public peace, health and safety, an emergency is
declared to exist;1day
