ORDINANCE NO. 83-031
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY,
OREGON, ORDAINS as follows:
Section 1. Section 12.050 of Ordinance 80-201 is amended to
read as follows:
"Section 12.050. INFRACTIONS. The location,
erection, construction, maintenance, repair, altera-
tion, or use of a building or structure, or the
subdivision, partitioning, or other use of land in
violation of any provision of this Ordinance is a
Class A infraction."
Section 2. This Ordinance being necessary for the immediate
preservation of public peace, health and safety, an emergency is
declared to exist, and this Ordinance takes effect on its passage.
