ORDINANCE NO. 83-032
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY,
OREGON, ORDAINS as follows:
Section 1. Subsections (1) and (2) of Section 36.00 of
Ordinance PL -11 are amended to read as follows:
"(1) Enforcement. It shall be the duty of the Plan-
ning Director and his designees to enforce this
Ordinance. All departments, officials, and
employees of Deschutes County, vested with the
duty or authority to issue permits shall conform
to the provisions of this Ordinance and shall
issue no permit, certificate or license for any
use, building or purpose which violates or fails
to comply with conditions or standards imposed by
this Ordinance. Any permit, certificate or
license issued in conflict with the provisions of
this Ordinance, intentionally or otherwise, shall
be voidable by the Board of Commissioners to the
extent allowed by law.
(2) Infractions. The location, erection, construc-
tion, maintenance, repair, alteration, or use of
a building or structure, or the subdivision,
partitioning, or other use of land in violation
of any provision of this Ordinance is a Class A
infraction."
Section 2. This Ordinance being.necessary for the immediate
preservation of public peace, health and safety, an emergency is
declared to exist, and this Ordinance takes effect on its passage.
