ORDINANCE NO.
86-021
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY,
OREGON, ORDAINS as follows:
Section 1. Subsection (a) of Section 3.000 of Ordinance No.
PL -8, "General Procedures", is amended to read as follows:
"(a) The Hearings Officer shall be governed
by Ordinance No. 82-011 relating to the
conduct of public hearings on land use appli-
cations."
Section 2. This Ordinance being necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency
is declared to exist, and this Ordinance takes effect on its
passage.
