THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY,
OREGON, ORDAINS as follows:
Section 1. Section 4.005(2)(B)► Ordinance No. 81-043,
"Extensions", is amended to read as follows:
"(B) An extension may only be granted in
conformance with the requirements of Ordi-
nance No. 82-011, Section 27."
Section 2. Section 9.040, Ordinance No. 81-043, "Variance
Procedure", is amended to read as follows:
"Section 9.040. Variance Procedure. The
variance application shall be processed
according to the terms of Ordinance No. 82-
011, and may only be submitted contempor-
aneously with and as part of, an application
for a land division, or with the initial
application for a land use action, other than
a land division application."
Section 2. This Ordinance being necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency
is declared to exist, and this Ordinance takes effect on its
passage.
