(1:15) Review of Deschutes County BPAC Purpose (Ordinance 2014-014) and Bylaws
(Deschutes County Policy GA 12) – County Staff TBD; Ordinance and Policy attached
(1:20) Review current goals and associated objectives; identify those needing major revisions
or no longer relevant – Dave Thomson to lead discussion; current Goals and Objectives
document attached
1. Infrastructure: - Increase Connectivity for Active Transportation
2. Advocacy: Encourage biking and walking - Increase Connectivity and Promote
Safety for Active Transportation
3. Education: Bike and Pedestrian Transportation, Health and Safety
4. BPAC Awareness and Visibility
