· Tri-County summit scheduled for Wednesday, May 22, in Bend – brainstorm
topics/speakers, schedule organization meeting with volunteers (10 min) – Dave
· Safe Sidewalk and Big Chainring Awards schedule (5 min) - Dave
(12:25) Potential to have BPAC representative attend COIC / CET meetings – Wendy (5 min)
(12:30) BPAC goals and objectives
· Distribute ballots to set priorities for goals (to be returned after discussion)
· Review and discuss draft goals; identify potential new activities – Sam/group (20

· Return ballots and tabulate – Dave (5 minutes)
· Form subcommittees for top 3 goals to build timelines; identify a chair for each (10
