•Decide on format for August meeting
(12:15) Central Oregon Bike/Pedestrian Summit planning
Materials from last (2019) summit included in email with agenda
Subcommittee volunteers so far: Chris, Dave R, Dave T, Mason
•Choose a subcommittee chair
◦Schedules planning meetings and publishes minutes
◦Tracks speaker commitments (speakers recruited by others)
◦Follows up on assignments
◦Builds agenda
•Finalize date
•Choose location (community, not venue)
•Choose a theme for this year
•Assign tasks
◦Speaker recruitment (probably at least 3 people)
◦Venue identification and coordination (we don't have a budget, so has to be
government facility or donated)
◦Lunch planning (attendees bring or buy lunch, options depend on venue)
◦Publicity
