Legal Overview
Mission: Provide full service legal advice, support and
representation to all county departments; handle ALL
transactional and litigation work (except bond work due
to ORS requirements); public meetings, public records,
contracts, labor negotiations, prosecute civil
commitments, dog board hearings, property tax appeals,
real property transactions, etc.
Also provide General Counsel to DC 911, SRSD, and BBR
PD.
